SHIPPING

Delivery Within Australia:

Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of ordering after order has been confirmed via email and payment has been received. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Australian public holidays.

All deliveries within Australia will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 working days via Australia Post.

All Australian orders are registered and so must be signed for by the recipient either at their delivery address or at the local post office if no one is available at the delivery address to sign.

If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick up your parcel at a time stated in the calling card. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact us immediately.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you via an email. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Australian Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges for all orders under the value of $100 is AUD $14.95.
• There are 2 options for Shipping charges for all orders from $101.00 to $349.00:
• Shipping with no extra Shipping Insurance is AUD $14.95.
• Shipping with extra Shipping Insurance is AUD $34.95.

• Shipping is FREE for all orders over AUD $350.
• Not subject to special offers.
• All orders will be processed within 72 hours, unless the customer is notified specifically with a date.

For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent through Registered Mail.

NOTE: Sydney customers can also ring or email Punjaban Diva to arrange pick up the item from our studio at a later time.

 

International Shipping:

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 14-25 working days. Please note, unforeseen local disruptions may cause delays.

For your protection all parcels sent as Registered Post International (with Tracking and insurance for loss or damage).  International orders are not subject to special offers. Use the following table to calculate shipping charges for international destinations:

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to advise that your order has been shipped.
