At Punjaban Diva, we take great pride in offering unique, high-quality costume jewellery and accessories. As many of our items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we kindly ask that you choose your purchases carefully. Please take a moment to read our returns and refund policy below.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. As many of our pieces are exclusive, once sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or has been damaged during transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to shipping. While damage in transit is rare, should this occur, we’re here to help.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your original proof of purchase (Sales Invoice issued by Punjaban Diva).
- Email us clear photographs of the damage for assessment.
- Return the item via Registered Post, including tracking information.
- Ensure that the item is:

- Returned in its original condition
- In original packaging with all tags, inserts, and instructions intact
- Unworn and unused
Once we receive the item and confirm the fault, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method.
If the item is no longer available due to it being a one-off design, a full refund will be provided.
Processing Time
- Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your return for us to inspect and process the item.
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for a merchandise credit only.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Earrings and hair accessories: Due to hygiene regulations and in accordance with Australian health and sanitation laws, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items: All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect are not covered under this policy and will be deemed as used merchandise.
Product Variations
Please note:
- Our jewellery is often handmade and may feature natural semi-precious stones, resulting in slight variations in colour, size, or design. These differences are not considered faults and are part of the charm of handcrafted jewellery.
- While we strive to represent each piece accurately through our product photography, colour variations may occur due to different screen displays and monitor settings.

Jewellery Care
All Punjaban Diva pieces are delicate and require proper care. Damage caused by improper handling or storage is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
