These ear chains are great in carrying the weight off the ear and keeping the earring straight and in correct position.
First wear the main part of the earring like any normal earring. Then take the chain part of the earring and wear it over/around the ear and place it behind the ear. Finally take the round end of the chain and insert it into the back of the earring (stick) and place the screw after it to lock the chain in.
